Copyright & DMCA
PortoFilms respects copyright and considers clear, good-faith reports about allegedly infringing material that is available through this website.

What this process covers
This process is for a specific claim that material available through PortoFilms infringes copyright. It does not decide ownership disputes, replace a licence negotiation, or determine claims involving material hosted only by an external service.
Film titles, images, metadata, and links may come from or point to third parties. A report should identify the exact PortoFilms page or player location at issue.
Sending a notice
Submit a notice through /#contact and identify it as a copyright or DMCA notice. Include the full title of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, and enough detail for us to locate it.
Also include the claimant’s name, contact information, and a statement of authority if you are acting for the rightsholder. A complete notice helps us assess the report without avoidable delay.
Required statements
A notice should state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. It should also state that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where that statement is applicable, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the relevant right.
Provide an electronic signature, such as the authorised person’s typed full name. Do not submit a notice you know to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Our response
We review reports in light of the information provided and may ask for clarification or supporting detail. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to, remove, or disable the identified material while the matter is considered.
A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may also preserve information needed to understand the request, protect the service, or comply with applicable obligations.
If your material was affected
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, contact us through /#contact and clearly identify the material and the relevant notice. Explain why you believe the action was mistaken and provide contact information.
A counter-notice should be factual, specific to the affected material, and limited to statements you can stand behind about rights, authority, or consent where relevant.
Repeat or abusive reports
We may reject or limit reports that are abusive, automated, unsupported, or made in bad faith. Repeated infringement or misuse of this process may lead us to restrict access or take other appropriate action.
For ordinary production, editorial, or availability questions rather than a copyright claim, please use /#contact and describe the matter plainly.
